I have a 500 gallon backyard pond with waterfalls and idk what this is can anyone help? It’s a black handle with a “H” on it

I wonder if that emblem is an H. It kinda looks like it is but it also looks like water. The only H pump I can think of is Hozelock brand. Maybe it is an old one as I tried to see if it matched any new ones but nothing looks like an H.

Update it’s a Hayward logo, maybe a cartridge filter for an above ground pool that they’re using as a pond filter

that is the back flush handle for a canister filter of some kind .Seems the filter must be working .

Definitely a Haward product. They make swimming pool filters and other equipment. It looks like it's buried. Maybe if you dig around it someone can identify it. Or maybe there's a label with a model number. Might be a cartridge filter canister.
