Drilling through thick steel

for the toolies amongst us. Home Depot carries a line of drill bits that are specially super cold treated. Put out by the Ridgid brand and also found under Reliance Drill bits. They are expensive, but they are awesome. I mean amazing. like a hot knife through butter. Well worth the money. I'd LOVE to have a set, but so far I've only bought the two sizes I needed and boy am I glad I did.

When it comes to drilling thick steel, you want a good quality bit. Home Depot does have good stuff, you just need to read before you buy.
