Eggs? not sure what this is

I found little opaque looking egss attached to the roots of several water hycinths. Not sure you can see in the picture (bit blurry) but it's the small white sphere's on the roots.

What is this? Not sure it's fish eggs as they are attached to the roots.

Do they stick to plants? I thought they just dropped to the bottom. I have 1 koi and 4 goldfish so I'm thinking it's likely the goldfish. How long do they take to hatch.

More like 3 to 5 days, after 6 toss out the eggs that didn't hatch, they will be fuzzy from fungus.
