Um not sure where to start. the rule of thumb is to have a pump and filter that can move twice the volume of the pond in an hour . or at minimum of 1.5 times in an hour. so for sake of rounding up and doing more, your talking about a pump that is 300 gph your local aquarium store will have a pump that small. I don't know where you live or your electrical status but there are very few homes that would need more then a gfci receptacle be installed. Your on the right path talking to an electrician from what i can see.

THe local pet shop can sell you a pump that is more than adequate. You pond is small and almost any pump would be adequate for 2 water features. will there be any fish in the pond? If so remember to have a filter in there as well.

You will need to install a valve to balance the flow and some way to split the water. If you use PVC pipe or ABS the fittings will be easy to find.
