I divided some plants and put them in a planter on the porch with a small pump running but they are looking pretty crappy now theres now fish crap to keep em fertilized.Can I just use regular liquid plant fertilizer in my container pond? No fish just some parrots feather,anacharis,hornwort and pickerel.

You could use some miracle grow. Just make sure you don't add too much and burn the plants.

Tomato spikes work well with aquatic plants, if you were to wrap them in cling film and make a tiny incision, the fertiliser would dissolve slow and gentle...
