Fish fry or insect larvae ?

I’m not sure wether these are fish fry (goldfish or koi or shubumpkin) or insect larvae
I have goldfish, koi, and shubumkins in my pond and last took them out and put each in this bucket in pairs to distinguish their sex
After about a month and a week later these two ( there were three but one didn’t make it) fry or larvae in the bucket and they don’t wringle the just go forwards and occasionally backwards I can also see all there internal organs
Can someone please help me out as to wether they are in-fact fry or larvae of some sort
I have never had fry in my pond before so I don’t know what I’m supposed to be looking for

Those are fry. No way to know what type at the point. And your fish are goldfish, koi and shubunkins.

Thank you I have taken a few more photos but from side on and I think I can confirm they are are fry
