Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear about your problems. Often diseases and other issues with fish result from environmental conditions such as poor water quality, water contaminants, introduction of disease organisms through new livestock or environmental stresses. Some information regarding your setup, maintenance, filtration, and any water parameters would be helpful.

In the first picture it looks like an ulcer underneath the area with lost scales. Ulcers are bacterial infections, that begin for a variety of reasons ex: poor water quality, parasite, secondary infection sets in after an accidental injury etc.

It's hard to know the source / reason, for the infection, but my guess ( I've not personally experienced this ) is you'll need a broad spectrum antibiotic treatment.

@Sandymonica
So sorry to see this happening to your fish. Not sure what could be happening but hope you can figure out the right treatment for them to stop this and cure them.

Thank you all for your kind welcoming to the forum I will try and find out what’s the water quality by taking a Sample to my local pet shop they told me to bring it in and they will give me an idea of what could be wrong with the water they seem to be a little happier today after the salt bath ☺️

Do all the fish have the same problem? Or only 1 or a few?
What has changed with your pond in the last month? (new fish? birds nearby? )
Are the fish showing signs of skin irritation? (flicking against the bottom of the pond or rocks etc?)
I would add Melafix in accordance with instructions in the absence of any other info.
