Fish not eating

Hi from Cornwall, UK,
Can anyone suggest why my fish have stopped eating? We are new to the world of ponds and keeping fish and need advice from experienced friends.

what has changed in the last few weeks with the pond? Also can you describe what your fish are and how many there are? Also do you have a filter and any water test results? Photos would also be helpful if you have them.
