Fish or tadpole

Hey can someone help me, there are these little things swimming around and I’m not sure if they are fish or tadpoles. The very small ones are clearing but the bigger ones are blackish clear

Tadpole look like a small black dot A big head and a tiny skinny tail. They tend to stay on the bottom of the pond. Baby fish are always swimming around.
