This will prove to be an eye-opener.
Yuck! I wonder if they were warned to stay out of the water
Not following, to answer your question.
Nobody ever said competing in the Olympics was gona be easy.
Yeah, they've been talking about the water quality a lot over the past few months, among many other things. I'm surprised it's gone as smoothly as it has the past few days.
I watch the Summer Olympics, but don't care for it nearly as much as the Winter Olympics. Not only do the Winter Olympics have more extreme sports, but it also happens at a time of year when there's not much else to do but stay inside and watch tv.
I don't know,,, maybe it's just me,, but swimming in raw sewage somehow seems like a more "extreme" sport than bob sledding.
Seems the water quality for the indoor swimming events is also a problem.

Yes they seemed to be diving into a luminous algae rich pond tonight! Think their UV bulb needs checking and replacing! What's going on in there I wonder?
Watched Phelps gargle with the pool water last night... Eww.
Another medal gained, woo-hoo! The gold medal kayaker is another one from my local area along with Adam Peaty. 12 tons water per second flows along the canoe /kayak course I've just heard....makes me wonder what kind of pump they use! Judging by its opaque blue colour it's very oxygen rich with all that turbulence going on, no chance for the algae to bloom there. Come on GB!
Seems other people are also 'going for the gold'
Like a pac of Wolves, unreal. Except wolves only grab things so they don't starve to death.
So the cause of the green water was....
The addition of hydrogen peroxide.
Could be. It pays to hire people that can and do read.
I follow women's beach volleyball. Does that count?
The Egyptian dude refused to shake hands with his Israeli competitor. Nice.
How come professional basketball players, professional golfers and professional hockey players are allowed in the Olympics?
I thought it was just for amateur sport.
The olympics are fixed.
I was watching the boxing match yesterday while sitting in the doctors office and the judges "unanimously " agreed that the Russian fighter won. There's no way. It makes me think Sepp Blatter is running the show!
Right after that I was called in to see the doctor for my appointment regarding high blood pressure problems, lol.
This is why I no longer follow sports.
Today the French medal winner was "booed".
Tough crowd, maybe they got mugged or didn't get the bottled water.
Separate names with a comma.
