My neighbor has these growing in her yard. The tallest are almost four feet tall. She doesn't know if it's a weed or plant. It doesn't appear to have flowers or buds of any kind. Any ideas? It's already started wilting here a bit - the growth habit is very upright and the stem/stalk is very woody.
