getting started

At present I do not have a pond,but have done alot of web surfing on the subject.
I found this site yesterday and thought it would be a good place to start.

From everything I've read it is best to have a good plan and some knowledge of the process. This will save time and money in the long run

Welcome to the group...let me start by saying that we have some very nice designs for diy equipment here. You may want to take a look. Dollar for dollar these will out perform any storebought equipment that costs twice as much and even more!! And their maintainence is easy.
