Your first picture is showing. Your fish might have dropsy. Are the scales sticking out? The kidneys are failing, usually the fish will die.

I can see the photos just fine and I have had fish like that and they can live for many years and they will eat and swim and just live out their lives till they don't. I gave up on trying to treat them, just let them live as mine did not seem as tho they were suffering.

Too big to be egg bound but I may be wrong. If it's dropsy from a bacteria, then you need medicated food but the chance of survival long term is not good. As others said, let it go and it will live for a while.
