Goldfish Help!!!!!!

Hi All

ok the goldfish were moved into a tank but we then discovered bacteria in it witch was badly effected so the tank was disposed of and we had lost 2 fish but the fish now in a big plastic tank seem to be still effected as soom have died and some are still swimming on there side what can i do to help/treat them!?

Goldfish are now all ok its just my white koi who seems to be staying at the top of the\water all the time with its head above the water level and its got scales missing as you can see shiny silver bits on were they are missing from its white body also its accting strange sometimes hitting its head on the sides of the tank and normally it dives to the bottom of the water when you sick your head over the top of they water because its got afright but its just sitting there stearing at you sorry about the quality of this pic as i dont have a gd cam

In order to get any help at all, we have to know as much information as you can provide.
In addition, can you get a friend with a better camera to help?

One thing is for sure this fish is not getting enough O2.

How big is the aquarium? How many fish are in it? What kind of filter and aeration? Do you do regular water changes? Have you tested the water.. and if so what were the results? Meanwhile you could do a water changes and definately up the aeration. How long has the tank been set up and has the filter had time to cycle?

I just saw the date on your first post. What has happened in the interim??
