I bought a wooden treasure chest and first determined that my projector would fit inside and I could cut a hole in the back.

Then I wanted to cover the projector with a false shelf with treasure coins. I decided to use 2 dowel rods to support the shelf and put in treasure coins.

The problem became covering the holes I made for the rods so I decided to use coins

This does sound interesting. What kind of imagery are you going to project from the chest? Ghostly pirates, perhaps?

That is neat! I hang a few spiders, but no kids ever come down our long dark driveway since we have lived there.
