Despite all the turmoil in these trying times, we truly have so much to be thankful for in the United States, the utmost being our freedom. May you all have a thoughtful and happy Thanksgiving, and may God continue to bless us.

I'm thankful that meals this difficult to make only happen once a year.

I think Thanksgiving is one of the easier meals to cook! I'm used to cooking for crowds and I'm good with timing - those are the biggest challenges. And it helps that I was off yesterday so I got a lot of prep work done ahead of time. Now the cleanup is another story!

Then you need more frozen food in your life! :)

It'd be easy if I cooked this stuff more than once a year, but since I don't, I completely forget how to do it all by next year.

Actually, the easiest part is the cranberry sauce. I can do that no problem. :ROFLMAO:

haha! I said "COOK". I do occasionally enjoy the ease of prepared foods, but it's a rarity. Most everything we eat is homemade.

I have two or three good meals a week, and the rest is frozen food. No time or energy or motivation to cook. My oven and microwave do great work though! Sometimes my stove gets involved.
