Has anyone Attempted a DIY Pressurized Filter?

Just curious if anyone has ever attempted to do a DIY Pressurized Filter, and if so, what Plans did you use?

Also, I don't need to huge Filter, just looking to cover around 500 Gallons.

Yea, when I was just starting my pond, I took a new, clean 1 gallon paint can and soldered hose fittings on the bottom and lid. I then packed the can with pond filter media. It worked, but was way too small to be practical in my situation and was a bear to clean. I later built a larger gravity flow filter that had a 2" pre-filter and (6) 3" x 12" foam filters. It worked very well buy cleaning the brown toothpaste like crap off of the foam filters every week was intolerable. So I designed and built a bog, which works great and requires minimal maintenance.
