HDPE glue?

What's the best glue for a HDPE pond liner? I need to re-line mine and I want to glue it to the existing liner around the top edge.

I don't know either, but the only thing I can say is make sure all the materials and chemicals you use are compatible.

Is that liner HDPE as you stated or HDRPE, the reinforced type with the visible reinforcement strands?

Fortunately I have not had to patch my liner so I'm no help for you but welcome anyways!
