Welcome. My fish made it through the winter in Cincinnati, Ohio 
I keep mostly koi domestic/ 2 imported and a few butterfly koi friends snuck some goldfish I also have two comets only cause I couldn't come across red koi lol two tad poles and a fog I adopted from my friends yard
sorry to hear first year i had a few fish taken out by either raccoons or birds then i put a net,that eventually ripped .came home from work one day and a few 10 inch koi were not doing well apparently the rip in the net got pulled down beneath the water line and a few koi got stuck and eventually passed. but now taking extra careful measures...
