I have been a longtime lurker but wanted to sign up.I need help to design my pond.Look forward to advice and help.Going to build a 12x14 4 foot deep pond.I have several koi I rescued living in my 350 gallon preformed pond. And would like to make the most trouble free pond I can for my fish.

welcome and I have koi but sure wish someone had warned me how big they get .They are over 2 feet long now .Best thing about koi is that they are friendlier than any other fish .I have 2 filters 2 pumps and no skimmer and it has worked for me .I also built my own filters and air is your friend so get an aerator and for pumps look at energy saving pumps with a good warranty

Welcome to our group! I don't have koi. Stuck with shudukins and goldfish. Basic big pond filtered by a bog type filter.
