Hello, new to the forum

Hello everyone. Happy New Year!!
I just joined today and I've been reading a lot of threads. I can tell I'll be on here quite often.

I live in Pittsburgh and started building my pond this May. It's roughly 1000 gallons. I have 4 Koi, 2 frogs(I think), and some snails:alieneyesa:. This is probably the coolest thing I've ever built. Watching the tadpoles turn into frogs was incredible. I could type forever but don't want to bore you all at once LOL. I'll post some pics in a couple of days.
I look forward to learning and sharing info and experiences with you.

Hi Mike, Welcome to the forum! I had a tadpole turn into a frog this year and I was amazed by it also. What kind of frogs do you have? I got a bullfrog tadpole and I kept regretting it because I thought it was going to eat my fish!

I think they are bullfrogs. I have a cool pic of the tadpole, I'll have to find it.

Very nice mike! We love to swim in ours, well when it is not frozen that is.

Mike, That a nice looking pond. It looks like more than 1000 gallons to me. Where did you find all those rocks?
