Hi everyone. Came to learn and talk about ponds, specifically natural swimming ponds as I'd like to build one next summer. Before getting any further, I want to make sure it's okay to discuss swimming ponds or if this more for garden ponds. Thanks!

Yep it's fine to talk on this subject and some here have done this very thing. If they don't pop up here then do a search here and put in Swimming Pool, conversion, swim pond or something similar and you will get results.

Welcome Walnut! Sometimes during the warm, swimming season, my pool looks like a backwater pond! Really, we have a wealth of knowledge on this site including swimming ponds. Are you in a southern state? The reason I ask is you might want to research potential 'guests' your swimming pond might book for the night! Again, welcome!
