Hi, I'm Satch. I have a small, 800 gal goldfish/koi pond in my rustic gazebo. I also have a sunken bathtub that I grow lotus plants in. Both are located in my Georgia garden where I grow both fruits, veggies and flowers.

You need a lot of room for koi! One koi needs 500 or more gals per fish. I'd stick w/goldfish. Shubunkins are one of my favorite types of goldfish as they look similar to koi in colors.

Nice looking pond and fish. Looks like it's well protected from predators!
