help fast!

I ordered blue hyacinths (blue Shell flowers and red ludwigia thinking they were floating plants i could just toss in my pond. I have them now and I'm not sure how to plant them! I don't want them to die or worse yet screw up my pond. Any quick tips on how to introduce them to the pond?

The red ludwigia, put a lead weight on drop in the pond, or plant in kitty litter, pea gravel etc.

The blue hyacinths I just know them as a bulb for in the ground.
