does anyone know what this is? It is clear and jelly like, with dark green threads inside. We have found 3 recently. They

are about 1.5 inches across the loop and they are always a loop. If left out of the water, they flatten out, but the green threads remain. The one in the photo looks brown because of the color of the dock. They are actually clear.

Thanks for your help.

I love a case of strange things. My first thought is a type of Bryozoans species. There is many different types Bryozoans. Do you have more pictures?
