I am very glad to have found this forum today, I want to learn as much as I can to keep my koi happy & healthy. I live in Northern Missouri, have a water garden/ koi pond that my son & I built by hand a few years ago. I sure have learned some things since then! The pond is around 1500 gallons & I have koi only.

Welcome. My son and I dug our pond by hand or as he says we used the 5 foot backhoe (shovel).

<BUILDING my own pond ask we speak but John Deere is a friend of mine. Though I have two sons in the early 20's who might have 1% body fat between them. Dad decided to make sure they knew what hard work was about at an early age and make them want to go to college. Well that back fired now they don't want to even look at a shovel or a hammer.
