Hi i'm new but need your help

i've moved to a house with a small pond and frogs live in it but the would love to do something with it and dont know where to start, i dont want to disturb the frogs or the eggs... its all green with one sad little plant in the middle.
any advice would be great x

Filter?
Cycled? (this also goes with age of the pond)
Do you give any care to it? (any maintenance)
Parameters? (ammonia, nitrates, nitrites, ph)

I wouldnt have a clue we've just moved in and there is no filter looks like its just rain water i would have to messure it lol

Can you measure it's depth, length and width? That would help.
