and welcome @Angie1966
I can't get a good look at your fish in those pics, I'm guessing it's a GinRin Chagoi or GinRin Kigoi?

Hello and welcome! Please tell us some more about your pond and include pictures! How big is your pond and how many fish do you have — in addition to this pretty one? We love to see others’ ponds. Yes, once the bug bites, you’re hooked.

Sorry, but I don’t know anything about koi, but others on here can help you.

Hi and welcome. It looks like an Ogon. If it is silver colored it would be a Platinum Ogon. If it is yellow it would be a Yellow Ogon. They are known for their metallic scales and really stand out in any pond.

Hi. Gin Rin means metallic scales, but because Ogon are metallic scales already usually Gin Rin is not used in the name because it's repetitive. Good luck with your new fish! Chagoi are really friendly and it looks like your fish is literally eating out of your hand so it can be a Chagoi!

Hi
Thanks again for the information, up until now I didn’t know any koi, I’m aiming to be able to say what all my koi are in the pond, this will probably take me some time lol!.
She comes straight up to me with her mouth open asif to say feed me lol
She was already hand tame when I got her a few weeks ago , it’s lovely to be able to hand feed her I’m hoping she has a calming effect on some of the other koi in the pond.:)

@CometKeith Not all metallic koi are GinRin!
You can see the pics of these two Lemon Hariwake: both are metallic (cause Hariwake is a metallic base koi) but only the one on the right is a GinRin Lemon Hariwake
GinRin is the extra sparkly effect also called "diamond cut" (at least that's what I was taught)

@Angie1966 I still think you have a GinRin Chagoi, or GinRin Kigoi the reason why I said I couldn't really see the fish in your photos is because Chagoi have distinctive scales
