The last time I came across Horsefly Eggs was before I owned a Digital Camera, from a distant the mass can look like Bird droppings, but once you see it, you never forget it. So after 10 years of not seeing it I was thrilled to discover this Egg Mass.

We have lots of horse flies and deer flies around here.
I can't say I've ever been thrilled to see them..
Being bitten by one is not nice!:woot:

This is one of the eggs I'm pretty glad I havnt seen yet ;) actually I'll just need to re do my pitcher plants habitat then that shouldn't have anything to worry abut them fly :)
