Hose size question

I have a CREEKSTONE 629 hph pump box says will fit 1/2 tube. Can i uses a 3/4 The 1/2 inch isnt the rigid type and the 1/2 looks line it will kink. Will run a small wayerfall at 10 feet with 2-3 feet vertical pond is a small 37 gallon no fish

You can get the 1/2" reinforced tubing that won't kink. Most home stores carry rolls of it and will cut off the length you need. Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace Hardware have the clear stuff that has visible reinforcement lines in it. Buy it by the foot.

You can always use a larger diameter tubing/pipe, assuming you can connect it to your pump directly or with an adapter.

Clear tubing has a yuck yuck clear disadvantage if it is in the sun . it will grow algae inside the pipe even in light shade it has to be out of the light . anything that blocks the light will do the job paint pipe insulation. duck tape
