The air stone should be fine. Maybe you change a bit of the water on the second day. It depends on the size of the fish and if you are feeding it as well. But, I would think a medium size fish should be good for three days with no filter.

If you have a fluke problem, you should treat the whole pond. The flukes would be throughout the pond, and not just on one fish.

Is the 3 day treatment to eliminate the eggs, too? Those would be in the pond and not on the fish.

I've never used a fluke medication for 3 days, just a single treatment. What medication are you using and why do you suspect flukes?

One eye? That sounds more like an injury to me, but that's just a wild guess.

I've never been a fan of just throwing treatment at a fish issue without knowing what's actually wrong, but that's just me. If they suggested fluke treatment I'm with @WaterGardener - it's in the pond at this point if that is in fact the issue.

I have never heard of a cloudy eye being a sigh of flukes. With flukes a fish is usually agitated, maybe darting around, flashing, that type of behavior.

I seriously doubt the eye issue is a result of flukes.

Cloudy eyes can be injuries or an indication of poor water quality.
