Hi all,

Last year in August we bought abandoned house and had been renovating it until last week when we finally moved in!! YEY!

Here’s a little before and after pictures I made to show some of the transformations. My husband is a contractor so he did this himself.

I cut the wall down and added a window, bringing in some lights!!

The second floor’s floor, we got the floors from NC State University’s basketball court. We then sanded the red paints away.

I'm hoping to build a pond some where down there

I still have many things at the old house. My fish!!! So next step is to take care of where to put my animal. My cat cant roam anymore because we live near a road with fast driving cars. I dont have fence for my dog and I'll have to dig a pond for my fish :) work work work, busy busy busy!

Part of the roots we got out from the ground. We got 20 loads of this.. only from 2 acres.

Any part of these roots can grow in to a tree... that's why it's so invasive.

I truly hope that you got all of the roots. Wisteria, once established, can be very difficult to eradicate. You may be 'whacking' on it for several years to come.

Beautiful job on your house!
I have one tiny wisteria on a fence a long way from any trees, but maybe I should delete it while it is small. It has been planted for 4 years, this is the first time it has bloomed.
