Hi, I am sort of new to ponds, and since last fall there has been like reddish-brown stain on my pond liner. Is there a way to somehow get it off without draining the pond? some sort of chemical that will get rid of it but won't hurt my ducks inside? if you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks

I think we'd need to know exactly what it is - can you rub it off? Is it slimy? It might be a form of algae, is my first thought.

I think you are just gonna have to scrub it off or just leave it be and just make sure the water is clean at least. You could try scrubbing w/vinegar but all that work and I think it will just come right back. I wonder if Hydrogen peroxide added to the water would work? It does not hurt fish if used correctly. Why do you want it gone? The ducks don't care as long as they have clean water.
