No way. I'd guess 700 gallons if the sides are not sloped. Figure the volume of one circle pond (about 300 gallons), double it, and add another 100 for the connecting piece.

IMO, pond calculators are nearly worthless unless your pond is a box or a circle without sloped sides or shelves. The best way is to, if you can, measure it when you fill it with a $10 flow meter.

I think it's 1" per every 10 gals. The goldfish can grow to a foot or even bigger eventually. I'd stick w/about 6 fish and hope they don't multiply too much or you will need to give some away if they do or build an even bigger pond.
