Hi Folks,

I am going to raise the level of my pond 18" - 24" using building blocks 15.5"x8"x4". So how do I secure the liner to the top of a 4" stone/brick wall?

Thank you....Sharon

You bring it up an over the wall you just created and anchor it with caps made for your blocks. Then you may wish to hide all that since it won't look natural. If natural is not your thing then you are done. Make sure your water is in and the caps in place before you cut the liner.

Hi DD....what do you mean by "hide all that"? do you mean the excess liner not covered by the capping block that one could just trim?

Thanks again....Sharon

Some folks like to make the pond edge look natural rather than see a wall of bricks or other structure. I use wirey vine, hyssop, rocks, Japanese bridges and sandstone to hide the fact this is an artificial pond.
