How to post video

Exactly as the title says.
How do you post video directly in a comment without having to upload it to YouTube then coping the link and pasting the link in the comment.
Is there any way to just post the video direct

I only know how to do the Youtube way.

I don't think you can - I think the video has to be linked from some other source. If you click the ... there are a number of options other than YouTube, if that helps at all!

I only use youtube, not aware of any other way to post videos.
