Can you provide any pictures of the fish in it's natural swimming position?
It looks like it could be egg bound, but it's hard to say.

The fish does look egg bound.
How long has she been like this?
    What is the water temperature?
Is the belly soft or hard?
Is the fish showing any signs of stress?
