I just spent 10 minutes watching a Japanese trap door snail right itself! And....I recoded it (time lapse)! You can tell that it’s doing all kinds of undulations, but once it finds the right position, it flips pretty quickly. If I can remember my YouTube password, I’ll post the video (it’s time lapse, so it’s not 10 minutes long).

I was thinking of you, TurtleMommy. Have you seen BamaBass on YouTube? Aquascape is coming to add a new pond for his ninja turtles. A female laid eggs right next to a big road, so they rescued and hatched the eggs. They are so cute and getting much bigger now, so they are getting a new home. I enjoy this family's pond videos and thought you might also!
