Our pond was installed in 2012, so we're on our 14th winter season. We typically get at least some level of cold/snow/ice during the winter, but it's not usually long enough to get me worrying (very much) about ice build up on the falls and the potential of ice damming in the river. But, oh boy! These past couple of weeks have been ROUGH! Never have we had the level of ice we do now & I am **extremely** happy that our forecast is for warming trends.
