proform c or koi rx. At petco around here they have quick cure for ponds, only $12.00 and it treats 8000 gallon.

same quick cure. for sure petco will have it. it's the best for your fish and the ick.
Some of these products will say treat 3 days and your done but don't follow that with ick. ick lays eggs in your fishes skin and when the eggs hatch out you see the white spots. when the eggs are in the skin you can not kill them...without killing your fish.
i think it's a 9 day cycle and you should treat for 14 day to make sure you get all the hatching ick before they can lay more eggs in your fish.
treat for 3 days and do a 25-50% water change and keep treating.
after the next three days i would wait a day or two to give your fish a break there should be enofe med in the water still then do another 25+% water change and threat another three days and then do a 25% water change. and then do one last double dose only if it's quick cure or pro form-c.
then you will see no ick but you need to have no salt in the water. or less than 1.5% if you got a test.

oh and i meant quick cure is in a smaller bottle.
ok thanks...ive used that blue dye stuff in the past...i didnt know if there was anything better than that that has come out
