There are so many ways to hide liner, even on a straight up wall Waterfall foam / fabric/ rock on a roll, stacking rocks, even wood,

I think rock on a roll would be the easiest way to go and after it's been there awhile it will really start to gather the natural stuff that likes to cling to it like moss.lichen etc. I have never used it myself but it seems to get good reviews and looks good too.

Why is your water so low , Well I guess you found a new use for closet shelving , also guess it is temporary .But I have to say I love your pond idea and the bridge . Put your new liner covering plants in pots so you can move them . Fish will love hiding in the plants also . Great suggestion LAAF

The rails are to keep my dog from falling in.. again.
l am redoing that bridge, making it wider and taller, would like to plug up the overflow they put in so I can raise the water level, but it was built on a slant so the left side has even more liner showing. I ordered that rock on a roll, can't wait to try it.

Would love to see pix when you get the rock on a roll installed and see it as it matures also.

Thanks for all the ideas, I got my rock on a roll, those people are very nice. But it wasn't going to achieve what I wanted, which as sissy pointed out, why is the water level so low? I don't know? have been trying to hide it instead of figuring out why they wanted the water level so low? There is an overflow opening at one end to keep it from filling any higher.

I hesitated to comment exactly what you stated - you’re working to fix an issue that should not exist. Assuming your pond is level, there’s no reason you are left trying to camouflage all that liner. Can it be done? Sure. But if it were me it would bug me forever. To me the mark of a pro pond build is the edge finish - it should look natural.

I'll be completely honest when I see liner at the top foot of the pond and even on the berm and then rock after rock is stacked tryingbto hide the liner we all know is going to be a nightmare , as everytime you walk along your pond weeding and planting. Everything is going to shift. I'll mention building steps under the liner if there's any kick back I just don't bother going forward. Heck I have completely vertical walls from cinderblock under the liner and it's beyond natural looking. It usualy takes a little creative thinking and Paitence !!!!!!!!! This photo is cinderblock below fabric liner and then fabric again. I'm willing to be everyone reading this has seen plantvroots growing into the weed barrier. Well in this case I promote it . Rub a little leaf matter maybe some black soil and seed it with some cultures like fermented moss or other ground cover that likes to vine picture below is such a spot liner on a vertical edge.

I have seen those mesh hanging baskets for ponds that you plant in You just hang them over the pond and use a rock to weigh the basket part down . You have to use lightweight aquatic soil . I used to make them out of window screen and sew them on my machine with the invisible plastic thread . I saw them at the pond store in NC and I think they stole my idea as I made mine back in 2010 . I even showed them the picks of mine . They had round ones and long ones . I did not look at the name or take a pic as I forgot because my sister kept distracting me . I look at their pond sight but did not see any pics of them either . The pond store has several ponds and sells everything for ponds The packages did look like older stock because they were dusty . I will have to see if any of the pics my sister took have them in it It is caled pond country in colfax NC I went n their sight but loks like they are updating most of it but says they have an online pond store I don't see them in the pnd store
