Identify this plant

Hi need help in identifying this wild fern,it was growing at the side of a ditch,potted it up and could it be a possible to place in pond.

My plant app says wild chervil, aka cow parsley. Its listed as a weed.

I got one with a plant in the garden...... it will take over the world left to its own devices

Sometimes the neatest plants are very darn invasive weeds.
