Is there an IRC chat channel?

Does this board have an IRC chat channel somewhere? If not, is there any interest in starting one up? There's quite a number of networks to choose from, and it would be fun to talk to you folks live.

The things they come up with puters still amazes me .I call my cousins via the puter and use my web cam and it's great .Better than just a phone call .We can see each other and have a great time talking .Usually it's a 4 way deal all of us trying to talk at the same time but still great fun

it would be shdwdrgn, esp when you are fighting a problem. I use yahoo a lot with my computer friends.

Thats what I use to addy isn't great call free and use web cam to see them and talk and send pics all at the same time great invention huh

Well I opened up a channel on irc.chatspike.net, channel name #GardenPond

Why chatspike? Because I'm already on that one for another forum relating to planted aquariums :lol: If anyone wants to drop by, I never log off (doesn't mean I'm not AFK though)
