I notice one of my Koi was flashing. He looks healthy but decided to take him out and give him a 10 min salt dip.
Then i notice little shiny spots. Maybe he damaged his scales himself while flashing.

I have picture, any idea?

No damage scales besides what appear to be scratches if anything. They are not white lumps.
As for changes, there is a few. Added 4 more fish (gave them salt dip before adding) and also placed a new raised pond (6x6ft, deepest part is 4ft) over the existing pond. Also added more filtration, a pressure filter and a new 70 litre DIY container.

I only have a ammonia test which reads the lowest and i have a bunch of hornwort plants (also new) with 30% water change weekly, also 0.1% salted.

It is not unusual for Koi to occasionally 'flash'. It is when it becomes a frequently occurring behavior, usually involving more than one fish, that closer investigation is warranted.

All plants and all fish should be watched for at least a week or more outside the pond .I clean and repot all plants ,you never know what could be hiding in the roots .
