Koi predator?

Please ID this predator for me. I need to trap and relocate this predator ASAP. What kind of bait does one use to trap this predator?

Looks like young groundhog, if it is, it will be after your weeds not your fish. Keep it around, you may not have to cut your grass.

It is a ground hog, we have a huge one that lives in our back yard. Munches it way across the field.

they are 3x the size of my yorkie, she wants to chase them I won't let her, they have big teeth!
