Laguna Skimmer and Falls Question

I am looking at the Laguna Powerflo Skimmer 5000 and the Laguna Powerflo Filter Falls 5000. Does anyone know how the quality of these are and if they are any good.

A lot of people here use laguna products and really like them, I have not used their products.
