Larvae Growing in Planter around Lily

Any advice on what type of larvae is growing in my pond? (South FL) Would like to stop it from taking over the pond/plants if it is not good for the fish. I have seen what I think are the developed bugs in the filter mesh when cleaning it out, small and slimy ones. Thanks is advance!
