Leaking bog garden

I redid my old ball garden and put this new liner in it doesn't look like it but it reaches all the way to the bottom of the pond but the water somehow is coming up underneath the bog garden liner. What can I do?

Double check and see where is the water going to at the waterfall cause i would imagine the water level in the pond would be even lower if the leak a hole.

I'm confused when you say the liner "reaches all the way to the bottom" - is the pond completely lined? Or did you just drop this liner down the side to the bottom? When you say "water is coming up underneath" the liner - do you mean water from the pond coming up behind the liner?

And did you mean "bog garden" or "ball garden"? Sorry - just trying to get the whole picture.
