Here’s ours! 90% of the rock we used came from digging the hole! The rest we harvested locally! It was my first time working with concrete! Prior pond I used waterfall foam (never again. Loveeee concrete! We’ve redone this whole project from start to finish 100% ourselves!

Looks great! Don’t have any of mine handy to share at the moment, but will dig some out soon.

So you’re using concrete just to plug gaps between stones? Not mortar, but actual concrete? What problems were you having with waterfall foam?

It is a hardy it has come back three years now , no clue on the name , but i have seen it on multiple sites just look for the smooth edged pads

Looks to be a Purple Fantasy - there aren’t many hardy lilies in that glorious color!

Thanks for the info. I've never seen that lily in local garden stores which carry pond plants so I'll see if I can order it bareroot from a Canadian supplier. I guess I'll have to wait until next year. Fingers crossed!
