Thats looks nice, a great place to sit and enjoy an evening. I'd post pics of my pond at night, but unfortunatly they'd just be black, lighting is next on my list of things to do.

i had solar lights around my pond and shining on the waterfall..relocated them around the yard.. didnt want to draw more attention and help nocturnal preditors find a meal... i would like to buy some low voltage lights to do it again, so i can turn them on and off at my discretion, or put on a timer but cant afford to at this time!

Mine are on a timer that I got at Home depot years ago that turn on at dusk and off in intervals of 2, 4, 6, 8, or off at dusk. I have them on for 2 hours this time of year and change it as it gets darker earlier.

I would like to experiment with some underwater lights at some point but have not found any LED that are cheap enough yet.

If you find some that are cheap enough and work, let me know. my honey wants me to get some going.

Yep for sure, looking for led. We have some solars around the pond, but that is all so far.

I now I've seen a submersible halogen at harbor frieght for like $20... but those halogens are electricity hogs...

They are also very hot. The ones that I have around my pond use MR16 bulbs and when they get wet they steam. Now the only nice thing is they melt the snow in the winter so you still get the effect of the lights with LED's that would not be the case, they would just stay hidden. But I would take the LED in a minute.

Well I tried to take a few night shots last night, Looks like these will be the last shots from my trusty ole Kodak point a shoot. The flash went out while I was trying to take pics and I have to remove the SD card to download pics as the USB cable download quit working a while back. I might just have to break down and get me a better manual focus camera, Been wanting one anyway.
